Never Stay Here

In general: We stayed here for 2 out of the 3 nights that we booked while in town for my husbands job . It was a complete nightmare and the customer service is the Worst!! It was a busy weekend the we were in town which is why we got stuck at this disgusting place . As soon as we walked in I was grossed out and wouldn’t let my children touch anything until I cleaned the entire place with Lysol wipes and even mopped the floor with towels it was that dirty . Not to mention the drug dealers and hookers that hangout in the parking lot all day and night . They gave us an attitude when we asked for a second roll of toilet paper on the second day and said they were out of clean towels . The worst part was on the second day the very rude foreign lady in the front called and said that we needed to switch rooms right now because We made a mistake with our booking . I said it was 3 nights and she told me that if I didn’t switch to another room she would call the police on me !! Who does that ? They mess up our reservation and blame us without any customer service skills whatsoever. They also try to keep your deposit as well not with us but with 4 other guests who were checking out as well . The best part was when the crazy lady in the office had her husband call the room and threaten me physical violence, which then my husband arrived with the police and we left with our deposit. To top it off on the way out the tacky maid who didn’t once clean the room said I stole a towel and was hiding a dog in our room ( which was now empty ) not to mention I’m allergic to dogs . This place is absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever encountered in my entire life . Seriously stay away from this rat trap .
